ABSTRACT
Impairments in hearing or vision range from mild to severe. Although severe impair ments are often picked up in early infancy, mild difficulties may go unnot - iced for many years.
Both impairments can occur singly or together. They may occur where a child has multiple disabilities such as concurrently occurring Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment and Visual Impairment.
