This Common Inheritance: Britain’s Environmental Strategy (HMSO, 1990);
Sustainable Development: The UK Strategy (HMSO, 1994a);
Climate Change: The UK Programme (HMSO, 1994b);
Biodiversity: The UK Action Plan (HMSO, 1994c);
Sustainable Forestry: The UK Programme (HMSO, 1994d); and
Local Agenda 21 initiative (coordinated by the Local Government Management Board), 1992 and continuing.
