ABSTRACT
O wrongfully taking the goods with the intention of keeping them permanently, or at least for some time;
O selling the goods or assisting in their disposition ( Parker v British Airways Board (1982)) ;
O destroying or misusing the goods ( Moorgate Mercantile Co v Finch (1962));
O refusing to return the goods once their return has been demanded ( Arthur v Anker (1996)) (wheel clamping).
