ABSTRACT
This letter to the Editor of The Journal of Accountancy (August 1960) was a response by Graham to an article on “An Application of Replacement Value Theory” by Professor A. Goudeket. The purpose of this letter was to clarify the confusion that existed “about the difference between price changes that reflect only a change in money value, and changes in real value.”
