ABSTRACT
Clause 5 of Saleform 2012 deals with the time and place of the ship’s delivery from the seller to the buyer. It seeks, through a series of notices to be given by the seller to the buyer, to enable the parties (and particularly the buyer) to make all necessary preparations for predelivery inspection of the ship (if applicable) and for delivery.
