ABSTRACT
Clause 16 of Saleform 2012 introduces three alternatives for the contract’s governing law and place of arbitration (two of which should be deleted by the parties): • English law, with arbitration in London; or • US law with arbitration in New York; or • some other system of law and place of arbitration agreed between the parties and
inserted in the contract.
