ABSTRACT
Clause 13 of Saleform 2012 gives the seller an express right to cancel the Saleform contract and to claim compensation on the occurrence of either of two specifi ed breaches by the buyer:
• failure to lodge the deposit, and • failure to pay the purchase price.
