ABSTRACT
Lesson One features writing about events, mainly focusing on the structural components of this type of writing. Specifically, this refers to a narrative’s six key elements: time, place, character, as well as an event’s cause, progression, and result. In addition, students will learn the rhetorical device of personification and practice its use in order to enhance narration and description.
