ABSTRACT

This chapter presents a self-ethnography of the use of the enquiry system’s ideas in what I identify as creativities: well-being and pursuing a creative project in the area of mental health. The chapter presents reflections and insights from ‘a week’ of pursuing these creativities as a way of structuring my own experiences of several years. Mental health is conceived of as a knowledge ecology with different stakeholders. The narrative aims to share as well as denounce possibilities and limitations of notions about creativity and their use, which also include the use of the enquiry system and systems thinking to creativity. It also suggests some ways for creators to continue managing tensions and contradictions in the light of a critical stance about the identified creativities.
