ABSTRACT
In Chapter 4, readers will learn Step 3 of the scenario planning method. The chapter takes readers through developing two sets of scenarios: An initial set of four draft scenarios that will be presented for audience feedback, and from this a final set of four scenarios will be developed, which will be used to strategize. The chapter also details how to conduct workshops to build the scenarios. Scenarios built during in the course of this step, will provide the foundation for strategies or recommendations to be developed during Chapter 5.
