ABSTRACT
This chapter presents a socio-material portrait of accelerators: contexts in which aspiring entrepreneurs learn entrepreneurial practices and do early-stage venture development. It describes several physical spaces and mundane objects designed to foster innovative entrepreneurial work. The chapter suggests that accelerators and their furnishings play a role in shaping innovative entrepreneurial work.
