ABSTRACT
This chapter addresses Level 1 documentation, both the quality policy and the quality manual. The quality policy section starts with some examples of quality policies for a variety of companies. The subject of quality policy content is addressed, and its implementation is addressed in some detail, with multiple suggestions. The section on the quality manual also covers the very important subject of content and how it should be presented to employees. The manual can also be utilized for additional advantage in the world outside of the company.
