ABSTRACT
Margaret Preedy is a lecturer in Educational Policy and Management in the School of Education, The Open University. She has taught both young people and adults and is course chair of EP851 Applied studies in educational management. She has contributed to a number of other Open University courses on the organisation and management of schools and colleges, and is currently preparing written and audiovisual material for a new Open University course, E325 managing schools.
