Record date and origin of all programmes and revisions. ecognise and notify variations and claim situations ASAP and submit details. Make sure all instructions are in writing and don't work without instructions. Apply for extension of time as soon as any delay appears likely. Keep good records of everything e.g. names, activity worked on and key events.
