ABSTRACT

The uses of nanoparticles (NPs) are exclusively popular in biological applications medicine and diagnosis due to its significant properties. These NPs tend to increase an adverse toxicological effect on animals and environment, although their toxicological effects associated with human exposure are yet not comprehensive. Therefore, evaluation of NPs toxicity is necessary in biomedical applications, including drug delivery systems, gene delivery, and therapeutic applications. However, it is possible that nanomedicine in future would play a crucial role in the treatment of human diseases and also in enhancement of normal human physiology.
