ABSTRACT
We will discuss two central ideas of this book; first, that Purpose is a gradually developed direction; and second, that ‘job-crafting’ – adding Purpose-driven work to your current job – is an effective way to learn how to be a tri-sector leader now, as well as how to develop a future career.
