Science is based on probabilities, and the report, therefore, goes to the trouble of explaining these key probabilistic terms with a glossary. The Fourth National Climate Assessment Report was yet another report that bolstered the scientific consensus on climate change, but this one was 'the authoritative assessment of the science of climate change,' with a focus on the United States. There may be more to the psychology of climate change, and climate change denial in particular, than mere political expediency, and some basic conceptual confusion about weather and climate, including personality. President Trump is also a good bookmark–a reminder that we all don't think alike when it comes to climate change. Climate change was a Chinese conspiracy to damage American industry. It was total hoax-fake news. There are clearly deeply held cultural, political and religious beliefs that divide the certain groups.
