Mass extraction of coal and the invention of the steam engine created a new type of energy that transformed the way businesses operated. Technology and innovation are critical components of business that are endlessly going through rapid change. Creating well-established procedures that enable the business to follow a certain path to get to the destination desired delivered peace of mind. Profitability is the essence of why companies are in business. Employees, especially Millennials, love having the opportunity to communicate with numerous people through multiple channels at the same time. The importance of developing an effective process has always held significance for many who joined the workforce prior to Millennials. Millennials particularly care about being green and minimizing degradation of the environment.
