ABSTRACT

The rapid development of high speed railway in recent years has bring huge economic benefices to national economy and people’s livelihood, therefore higher requirements for operation security is needed. The on-line monitoring and state assessment technique of lateral stability for high-speed vehicles is the key issues of railway operation department. In this paper, based on lateral acceleration analysis of the framework tested by monitoring system, the lateral acceleration is proposed as on-line monitoring index for assessment of lateral stability for high-speed vehicle. The analysis results show that, the warning value is 0.1 g and the safety limit is 0.3 g. Hereafter, influence factor set for lateral stability of high-speed vehicles is established by analysis of one-parameter in vehicle-track coupling dynamics model. The description of mapping relations between vehicle lateral stability and department state is realized by BP neural network model which has well nonlinear expression ability and tolerance-insensitive. The high-speed vehicle lateral stability assessment model is then established based on BP neural network analysis and the availability of the assessment model is verified.
