ABSTRACT
A 29-year-old woman is referred to the infertility clinic. The couple is seen together in the clinic. She is reviewed with the following investigations:
Midcycle progesterone is 65 ng/mL
Normal day 3 follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinising hormone (LH)
Normal hysterosalpingo-contrast-sonography (HyCoSy) scan
Normal thyroid function
Normal serum prolactin
Transvaginal scan – Normal
Semen analysis – Azoospermia
