ABSTRACT
A 28-year-old, para 2 had a vaginal delivery 20 days ago. She is exclusively breastfeeding her child. She is sexually active but currently not using a contraceptive method. She is hoping that lactation amenorrhoea method (LAM) will prevent her getting pregnant.
