ABSTRACT

This part introduction presents an overview of the key concepts discussed in the subsequent chapters. The part focuses on the methods and methodologies employed by work and organizational psychologists to understand, describe, and intervene in organizational change processes. It presents a detailed case study of a mail-order company in France in the throes of an intervention programme, from the perspective of a participant-observer in this process.
