ABSTRACT

While many rote or repetitive jobs are becoming automated, the one area of human activity that will likely never be turned into software is creativity, in part because of it non-linear and unpredictable process. The human brain is hard-wired for creativity, despite modern education doing a good job of convincing us otherwise, which presents a problem for a creative field such as architecture. Ethics argues that every individual should have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, which means enabling people to be the creative beings we are born to be and to see design as something everyone is capable of learning and doing.
