ABSTRACT
One of the interesting materials used for laser design is plexiglass with its full transmission power. The bright lights of the laser may be used in design motifs, for this is a very powerful light. Laser design may also be used to produce patterns on black film with the argon or ruby laser. The artist needs to have the opportunity not only to see, but to actually work with the new laser systems. Laser safety for the artist is concerned not only for himself but also for the public who may view his material if lasers are used in the final design and arrangements. The patterns of the laser beam would vary according to the patterns of the music. Laser art and music are part of the New World. The laser has been used to detect fakcry in art, to produce art, and hopefully even to protect the surface of art objects affected by environmental pollution.
