ABSTRACT

When the number of radionuclide-containing entities in a given system decreases to about 100 or less, some of the points previously discussed must be reconsidered. I This is particularly true for time-dependent radioactive properties and conclusions drawn from the law of mass action as applied to the reactions of the Ej(m) entities incorporating the radionuclides. These reactions may involve microcomponents in mutual interaction or reactions of the Ej(m) with Ej(Mj ) and Ej(L) macrocomponents.
