ABSTRACT
The seventh and concluding chapter of The Nature of Contemporary Organization Development delivers a summary of the key findings of the study, considers how it has added to knowledge on the nature of contemporary OD and provides a review of the way in which the research questions have been answered. It discusses the implications of the findings for OD practice, professional associations and academics. Areas of future potential for research are also identified.
