ABSTRACT

I’d love to have 100 percent agreement on any change before I implement it. How could my efforts go wrong? But if I waited for 100 percent agreement, I’d never get around to implementing change at all. As they say in poker, “If you think too long, you may think wrong.” Practically speaking, I can think of many situations I don’t want to be thinking too long and hard about. It would be neat if all five members of my family agreed on what restaurant to go to before we got in the car, but we do need to get going before the restaurant closes! At some point, enough is enough.
