ABSTRACT
This chapter may be one of the least enjoyable to write and read, but it is essential reading in many organizations to enable them to truly move forward. It is not mean in spirit. Rather it is an attempt to be realistic and make sure that we do not prevent tremendous benefits for our students and for the many, many positive and productive educators who want our school to continuously grow and improve. However, if we did not include ways to deal with potential barricades we would be doing a disservice to the majority of caring people.
