ABSTRACT
The Needs Assessment Roadmap is really a series of questions that must answer as the circumstance are faced with presents itself. The first two questions must answer are, Is there a problem to be solved? followed by the question, Does the problem already exist? If the problem already exists, then can proceed immediately to the Problem Solving Roadmap. If the answer to the second question is no, then must answer this question: Is there a problem to be prevented? The next question is, Is there a decision involved? If the decision has already been made, then it is a good idea to follow the Problem Prevention Roadmap to be certain that have considered all of the potential problems and risks relative to decision. We are all confronted with decisions and problems every day, but most certainly in our work life, knowing what to do can sometimes be filled with pressure and uncertainty.
