ABSTRACT
The authors have gone through the first four major sections of the roadmap, and have just identified and chosen the most probable cause, so it is now time to talk about what kind of solution best fits this problem. There are several important factors that must be considered when deciding upon the right solution to implement. Hybrid problems are those that combine the elements of both a change- and launch-related problem, so the solutions are logically a combination of both. Once again, if the cause of the problem was linked to a known change in the process, then the list of possible solutions will normally be a single entry, with that being to reverse the change. After the solution has been tested, there are several other things that must occur. Communication of the solution to everyone who needs to know is absolutely imperative if the solution is going to be lasting.
