ABSTRACT
the aim of this treatise is constructive, and the construction is attempted mostly with existing materials and in accordance with existing plans. My main thesis is that materials are lying about, and plans are not executed owing to lack of co-operation between builder and architect, and I propose to explore the possibilities of co-operation and synthesis.
