ABSTRACT

This chapter is about the vicious circle of deregulated international businesses and violence. It describes and explains the “vicious circle” of structural violence, institutional fragility, internationally deregulated economic interests, harm and rights violations which lead to the deepening of structural violence. These unlimited processes are clarified on the foundation of the cases described in previous chapters, as well as at the regional, long-term level, based on Foucauldian concepts of sovereign power and biopolitical strategies applied at national and at international level.
