ABSTRACT

It is common to assume that dreamwork requires remembering and writing down many dreams. The good news is that you need not recall many of your dreams in order to derive transformative results from your dreamwork. As a matter of fact, Dream Sociometry can be effectively applied to waking events, which are, after all, subject to the same foibles of individual perception that we bring to dreams. When we appreciate that life is a dream and dreams are life, without in any way diminishing the reality of either, we realize that we have material for productive interviewing available to us at all times, whether or not we remember our dreams.
