ABSTRACT
The latest management accounts show that actual maintenance costs for the first six months were £117 000. The budgeted costs for the same period were £131000. The full year budget is £265 000. Barry anticipates that an unexpected (non-budgeted) provision will be required for additional maintenance costs of £27 000 in the last month of the financial year.
