and to work out the answers to the two questions in the text. This is Part 1. 4. Facilitate a discussion by asking the groups to explain the terms and give
answers to the two questions. Provide clarification as necessary. 5. Based on the information in the case, now ask the teams (Part 2) to decide
whether or not to replace the equipment. Ask them to ‘huddle’ round a flipchart, draw the three columns as suggested by the management consultant and come to a decision.
