ABSTRACT
The chapter explores the importance of evaluating supervision to ensure it remains effective over time. There are a number of ways to evaluate supervision, and the chapter provides a useful overview and questions for supervisors to consider what is important to evaluate. The chapter includes an evaluation framework to use as supervisors progress in their new role.
