ABSTRACT

This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the key concepts discussed in the preceding chapters of this book. The book shows that the only way to make significant business improvement sustainable is to change the culture. It provides how to change the culture of an organization, and how to help people change their behavior. The book explains the outcomes of people's behaviors based on their values are governed by principles. It proposes the most important responsibility a leader has is to help people learn to hear the voice of principles and make choices based on the principles that govern the outcomes they are responsible for. The book examines the principles rarely stand alone; usually multiple principles work together to effect outcomes. It discusses every principle has a voice that speaks to those who will listen to it.
