ABSTRACT
A culture that is able to hear the voice of the principle of Seek Perfection would never be content to simply institute a change and then move on. The voice principles are: Seek Perfection, Assure Quality at the Source, Flow Value, Embrace Scientific Thinking, and Focus on Process. Creating a culture where everyone has the mindset of seeking perfection requires also the full participation of every single person in the organization. Respect for Every Individual and Leading with Humility are the most powerful enablers of a culture where seeking perfection can thrive. Perfection is the target on the horizon. Perfection really depends on the standard or the target. Seeking Perfection requires a continual reshaping of our internal sense of what is possible. The voice of this principle does not expect perfection in everything but rather the emphasis is in the seeking.
