ABSTRACT
This final chapter is of a study of expert curation of the computer-based technology-related collections at the Smithsonian museums, collections that ranges from computational devices to musical instruments. Returning to the case study of the iPod first discussed at the onset of the book, the chapter examines what it means to study the history of computer-based technology, even as it continues to evolve at an exponential rate.
