PMfP interviewed Karl Kastle on the subject of closing a project. Karl was bom and raised in California and has spent most of his 12 years of planning experience in that state. He has a checkered past when it comes to managing planning projects. Some of his projects have been successful and others have not. Karl has learned a lot from his mistakes.
