ABSTRACT
This chapter provides a glimpse of real-world applications of the project management approach on planning projects. The projects chosen include a mix of planning projects and customers. By doing so, it is hoped that the reader is given a broad perspective of how the processes of project management can provide planners with a framework for completing quality planning projects on time and within budget.
