ZONE 1: for Outdoor Dining/Window Shopping; this zone should be a five-to-10-
foot wide area that can accommodate outdoor seating areas, window shopping,
and store and building entries. The dining areas should be wide enough to
allow flexible seating arrangements. It is also important to be able to integrate
awnings, trellises, and other structures that provide shelter from the weather.
