The art involves making the 3-D scene as effec-
tive as possible given technical constraints. A
well-rendered 3-D scene gives your audience:
a) good objective information, b) the ability to
make a mental connection between the com-
puter display and the real world, and c) a good
subjective feel for the place you are modeling.
