ABSTRACT
CommunityViz provides many tools for mak-
ing growth projections including the Build-Out
Wizard, Land Use Designer, TimeScope, and
Allocator. This chapter describes these tools and
discusses how to apply them, alone or in com-
bination, to make growth projections and how
to use them in the planning process. For details
on the operation of each tool, please refer to the
CommunityViz product documentation.
