CommunityViz provides a rich set of tools to
answer questions such as: Where is the best
site for a particular project? Where are peo-
ple or resources most vulnerable to hazards?
Where will growth occur over time? This chap-
ter describes how to use the CommunityViz
Suitability Wizard and other tools to help
decision makers plan where to locate develop-
ment and choose which lands to protect from
development.
