ABSTRACT
Sequences are frequently used in modeling discrete changes, and to approximate quantities which are not known exactly. In this chapter we will introduce the convergence and divergence of sequences, prove several properties of convergent sequences, and provide Cauchy’s iff criterion for the convergence of a given sequence.
