ABSTRACT
‘Human Resource Valuation’ addresses the issue of undermining the significance of human resource as an asset in the financial statements of corporate. It discusses various methods used in valuing the human resource by corporate organisations. A case study of Infosys for human resource valuation is also discussed for the benefit of readers.
