ABSTRACT
There is an increasing concern about weapons being brought into school. This of course makes a fight many times more dangerous. It is illegal to do this, and although having rules and sanctions may inhibit bringing of weapons to school, this does not address the underlying reasons pupils do this. It is important to raise student awareness of what is involved in keeping safe.
