ABSTRACT
Dr Johannes F. Linn is Senior Resident Scholar at the Emerging Markets Forum and Non-resident Senior Fellow of the Global Economy and Development program at the Brookings Institution. He holds a PhD in economics from Cornell University and subsequently worked at the World Bank for thirty years, including as Vice President for Europe and Central Asia. He served on the Board of Directors of the Global Heritage Fund from 2004-10.
