ABSTRACT

The purpose of the audit report is to document and communicate the results of the audit to the client. The report is reviewed and finalized and communicated to the client and the auditee as per the agreed-upon list of recipients. The audit report of construction project activities at different stages/phases provides conformation that: activities are performed as per the corporate quality management system and conforms to the requirements of International Organization for Standardization 9001. Upon completion of the audit program, and based on the findings of the audit, the auditor has to suggest improvements to be made in the processes, procedures and systems audited. There are several types of tools, techniques and methods, in practice, which are used as quality improvement tools and have a variety of applications in the manufacturing and process industry. The audited organization should review the audit findings and prepare corrective action plan.
